Bond Scope

The Grayson College bond referendum consists of several projects that will be constructed over 2 phases.

Phase 1

  • New Main Campus Health Sciences Building

  • New Main Campus Residence Hall

  • New network IT operations center

  • New campus security and police facilities

  • Renovate and expand Main Campus Career Technical Center (Industrial Technologies)

  • Improvements to Main Campus central quad, pedestrian circulation and campus signage

Phase 2

  • New South Campus Industrial Technologies Education Facility

  • New maintenance/central shipping and receiving ground facility

  • New Student Connection Center (Student Services)

  • Renovate Health Sciences Building (classrooms, science labs and offices)

  • Renovate South Campus Administration (science labs and offices)

  • Improvements to South Campus central drive, utilities, parking, quad, and infrastructure
